happy weird week firstly.. i'd like to thank God for my week. for the pains (2.4km), laughters (james) and dorks (me). i seriously need to make it a habit to thank God for EVERYthing. regardless whether i can smile about it or not... and even for the dainty arthritis-free fingers that i'm typing with now. everything.
and about the weird stuffs this week.. its been rather amusing and perhaps shocking.
-there was this j1 girl on mon who just came up and cried in front of me and i just died on the spot.. and i still dont know why. (for a side-note: if you're a girl and you start crying in front of me.. you win.. i dont care what the game/bet/fight is about.. you just win).
- also.. another thing is my dad. he cracked me up a few days ago. he was like.. "duane.. its about time (again) i tell you some stuff about going after a girl..." the next thing i remembered was that i was on the floor rolling with laughter. dont get me wrong.. i dont mean that my dad is/was lousy at such stuff. after all.. he managed to capture my mom's heart.. the prom queen of her time (as proudly proclaimed). and for that.. i salute him. its just that its .. weird. "..have to be a student of your wife/gf.. and you'll know what it means to be a man.." thats all i remember. hahah... i still cant believe it.
-next is my mom. she keeps complaining that my hair would grow back the next min i come back from the barber. and just today.. she stopped me from going for a haircut. she now wants me to grow my hair longer (as if its not long enough). that is weird.
-my bro. he's starting to have this habit of styling his hair with hair cream and spray even though we'd only be going out for half an hour for dinner. i'm starting to think that its my fault.

for being so graceful in lending me their calculators (esp gerald's brand new one). they sent/brought over their extra calculators the moment i set up a 'lost calculator' fund when i found out that i lost mine. however.. the thing is.. erm.. i found mine already. and i've 4 calculators in my bag now. you guys can go ahead and hit me.. i'll still feel loved.
-felicia sent me a belated b'dae present all the way from new zealand! a (limited edition) spongebob toothbrush and nz golf tees and markers! haha... thanks! love em.
so yeah.. my weird happy week in a nutshell. not that i'm complaining.
