its hard to leave. be it a relationship or a game. for my case, the men of platoon 9. its been pretty much a journey of empowering people rather than that of exercising authority - one of the greatest lessons on leadership i've learnt thus far.
all i can say is that after a phase in life is always another phase in life. no fighting that.
